Dr. Bai gradulated
from Chung-San Medical College， and earned a PhD in Psychiatric Epidemiology
from National Yang Ming University in 2006. She completed her psychiatric
residency training in VGH， Taipei， then served as an attending psychiatrist
at Yu-Li Mental Hospital for several years. In Yu-Li， she was promoted
to be the Director of Research Center. In 1966， Dr Bai moved to VGH，Taipei
and became a faculty of National Yang Ming University.

Dr. Bai is an
outstanding lady psychiatrist in Taiwan. She devoted herself in studies
on psychopharmacology， psychiatric epidemiology， long term effect
of antipsychotics and bioinformatics， and published many high quality original
articles in scientific journals.
